YHOOA stands for Your Home of Oversized Apparel — a minimalist clothing brand focused on comfort, style, and clean everyday essentials. We design pieces that make everyone feel seen, understood, and at home.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We deliver anywhere in South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes:
- 1-2 working days for major cities
- 3-4 working days for outlying areas
Processing time is typically 1–2 working days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any free-shipping promotions will be announced on our website or social media.
Can I return an item?
Yes — we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all labels attached.

Do you offer refunds?
We currently offer store credit only for returns.
How do I exchange a size?
If you need a different size, simply process a return for store credit and use that credit to place a new order for the correct size.
What sizes do you offer?
All YHOOA pieces are designed with an oversized, relaxed silhouette. Size availability varies by product, but most pieces come in S, M, L, - Please refer to the size chart on the item

Are your clothes unisex?
Yes! All YHOOA pieces are designed to be unisex, inclusive, and flattering for all body types — tall, short, slim, thick, curvy… everyone has a place here.
How do I care for my YHOOA items?
To keep your pieces looking fresh:
- Cold wash
- Do not tumble dry
- Avoid harsh chemicals
- Iron on low heat (if needed)
- Wash inside out for longevity

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to follow your parcel’s journey.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Send clear photos to createdbymaxx@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it immediately.
Do you restock sold-out items?
