We gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all labels and original packaging

Because we are a small, growing brand, customers are kindly responsible for any return shipping costs.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Delivery Time


Once processed, delivery typically takes:
• 1–2 working days for major cities
• 3-4 working days for outlying areas

Shipping Fees


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly communicated on our website and social platforms.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
We encourage you to track your parcel as it makes its way to you.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You understand the product details and policies (including Returns & Shipping)

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
We do not store full card details.

6. Shipping
Shipping times and fees are stated in our Shipping Information page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or factors beyond our control. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, YHOOA is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We will, however, assist wherever possible.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Customers may return items for store credit within 14 days if all conditions are met. We do not offer cash refunds. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Store Credit
Store credit issued for returns:
• Is valid for 12 months
• Can be used on any product
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Must be used in one transaction if the website system requires it

9. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers, discount codes, and sales cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
